Part of Dynafor's activity is based on research contracts with multiple partners (Europe, ANR, Ministries, region, NGOs, companies, etc.). These research contracts contribute to Dynafor's resources and the dissemination of its skills and expertise.
Dynafor is involved in five European projects on three priority themes for the unit. Fundiv Europe (2010-2015, FP7), SmallForest (2012-2014, Biodiversa) and ClimTree (2016-2020, Belmont Forum) focus on forest ecology. FarmLand (2012-2016, Biodiversa) focuses on the ecology of agricultural landscapes. Niva (2019-2022, H2020) focuses on the development of tools based on remote sensing for the Common Agricultural Policy.
Dynafor acquired and managed 83 contracts over the 2014-2019 period, including 45 as leader and 38 as partners, 9 international, 44 national, 18 with local authorities, 10 with foundations or private companies, and 3 Future Investment Programme.
